The cave church St. Stefan The small church St. Stefan is located on the eastern side of Lake Ohrid, above hotel "Sileks". A natural cave was used for the construction of the church, and a stone wall was erected on the southern side of the cave's interior. The exact date of the construction of the church is unknown. However, the fresco paintings indicate that it was built in XIV century. The dormitories were built near the church later on. |
