The main activity of the Specialized children hospital is sustained treatment and rehabilitation of children from one to 16 years of age. The hospital is unique of its kind in the Republic of Macedonia. It is highly successful in the treatment of the diseases of the cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, nervous, and gastro-intestinal systems.

The Specialized orthopedic and traumatology hospital is located on the shore of Lake Ohrid. Its main activity is treatment of all types of diseases of the locomotory apparatus, including chirurgical, conservative, and physical therapy treatments. The hospital is successful in treatment of anomalies in the locomotory system, spinal diseases, interventions on hips with installment of artificial hips, removal of meniscus, treatment of flat feet, treatment of specific inflammatory bone diseases, elongation of extremities by the method of Ilizarov, surgery procedures in the domain of urology and plastic surgery, cerebral paralysis. There are also treatments with the use of physical therapy, hydrotherapy, kinesis therapy, and heliotherapy.

The hospital is located in the village Sveti Stefan.

Its main activity is treatment and rehabilitation of coronary diseases, including: rehabilitation of patients with acute miocarditis attack, post by-pass surgery patients (surgical revascularization), post balloon-dilatation treatment (PTCA), treatment of patients with implanted pace-makers, post-surgical treatment of patients with acquired or congenital coronary defects, treatment of persons with hypertension disease and the periphery circulation diseases, as well as treatment of other types of diseases in non-surgical patients with acquired or congenital coronary diseases.

The hospital also offers services from the domain of ambulance and polyclinic examinations in non-inversive cardiology, and has a unit for intensive coronary care (ICU) equipped with a system for continuous monitoring of patients.
